Frequently Asked Questions
What is Vote4It?
Vote4It is a site which gives you the opportunity to vote for your favourite acts in the X Factor and housemates in Big Brother. Currently, voting is not available to those outside the UK. But now, you can have a say in who stays and who goes too.

How does it work?
It's very simple, for every vote you make, we then vote for that act, for you.

How much does it cost?
It only costs 25c for each vote, which is a saving of 15c (the normal cost being 40c)*.
This price can be offered to you as our sponsors pay the other 15c for every call that is made.

How do I deposit funds?
Thats simple, you can either use your credit card, bank account or PayPal account.
If you don't have a PayPal account click here and sign up.

Once I deposit funds, can I get them back if I don't wish to vote anymore?
Yes, of course, just send us a message from the 'Contact' page and we will reimburse you as soon as possible.

How do I vote?
All you have to do is deposit your funds, and then go to the 'Vote' page. Once there, simply fill in the required fields. The e-mail address you enter will be matched with the e-mail you've used with your depositing of funds.
We will tell you when you have no money left in your account, or, you can e-mail us at any time using the 'Contact' page and ask us how much money is left in your account.

I live in a country that does not use the Euro, can I still deposit funds and vote?
Yes, the money will be converted into the correct currency.

Is this legal?
Yes, this is 100% legal, as the ITV (the makers of X Factor) still get the money for every vote cast, as do Channel 4 (the makers of Big Brother).

Does it matter if I mis-spell a name when I'm entering any games?
No, that doesn't matter. Your entry will still be counted.

How many times can I enter the one game?
As many times as you like, as long as you pay for every entry.
